So many choices, so many facts! Choices can be confusing, we thought we learned all about the right foods when we were kids! Then what happened!
As we move into adolescence we decide we can eat what ever we want, is that what happens?? who needs fruits and vegetables!! bring on the chips and pepsi! 1 word- UNHEALTHY! We absolutely must start thinking about the health benefits of what we are putting in our mouth, and how important long term healthy eating is!!!! It does not take long to start seeing reults! the first 2 weeks are the hardest & longest!, will power will get you where you want to be! Eat more & eat healthy!, no more crap!, fruits & vegtables, grains! eat up! :) |
